My specialisms are in medical and life sciences, but I’m more than happy to take on other non-fiction projects, long or short.
In my previous job I wrote clinical reports containing complex and highly specialised information which needed to be understood by non-specialists. I gained a reputation for being able to use ‘just the right word’ and for condensing paragraphs of wordy prose into a few sentences (doctors don’t have time to read essays!). I’ve also edited and proofread several journal papers for colleagues.
